Tasting Notes - Our 2008 Cabernet Sauvignon has an elegant beginning on the nose of rich cherries, black fruits and cassis aromatics with elaborate dark chocolate and cedar flavors. The fruit show lovely density and richness, expressing our estate mountain fruit through the elongated ripe fruit flavors. The mouth feel is plumb, round and concentrated with plush acidity sweet vanilla and toasted oak. The very long finish has a touch of dark chocolate cherries flavors wrapped in fine tannins. Rated 90+
