CG 90 Pts. - Incisive, very well-focused cherry-like fruit speaks clearly to this wine's cepage from beginning to end, and along the way there are suggestions of flowers and figs and toasted brioche making for real complexity as well. The wine is medium-full bodied, and it exhibits the classic velvety feel that only good Pinot Noir can, but while a polished and precise effort, it is one that is bound to get better if held for even a few years.
Winemaker's Notes - Black cherry, anise, and vanilla describe the aromas of this elegant, restrained Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir. The cherry cola and ripe raspberry flavors are carried by the subtle oak undertones and balanced acidity.
