Argiolas Extra Virgine Olive Oil Iolao - 500ml

Crafted from hand-harvested olives on the island of Sardinia, this unfiltered yellow-green, fruity and grassy oil is light and aromatic, with a gentle taste that brings forth apples, tomatoes, eggplant, and almonds. There's a fine aftertaste with slowly developing characteristics of balanced bitter and peppery. It's a perfect oil for cooking or drizzling over fresh salad greens. The olive cultivars include Tonda di Cagliari and Pizz'e Carroga.
