White Barbazzale is made from a blend of Inzolia and Viogner grapes. Straw yellow in colour, with light green highlights. A unique bouquet exuding mixed, delicate scent of wisteria, burned rubber and broom on an iodine background. A spirited freshness, leaving a pleasing, full-bodied sensation. This white is quite dry and warm and would be a great complement to white meats and fishes.
