According to Wine Enthusiast - Pretty good for the the price. It’s bone dry and zesty in acidity, with mouthwatering flavors of oranges, lemons and limes, finished with a touch of vanilla and white pepper.
Winemakers Notes - We are a winery that has historically eschewed the bland pedestrian commercialized varieties like Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay because of the popular, yet heavy headed winemaking style and the pretension that surrounds these wines’ ostentatious palates that they attract. So for us to induct said pedestrian wine into our House, we really needed to give him a thorough makeover. Et voila, Chardonnay we veered off the California standard by using steel tanks and neutral oak barrels; thereby preserving the true fruit characteristics of the Chardonnay grape.
