Jun 26, 2012- Coopers Beer Kits are the basis for making your own tasty beer using Cooper's Microbrewery Kit. The Master Brewers at Coopers Brewery have created sixteen different beer kits designed to produce top-quality beer. Each Coopers Beer Kit comes with malt, hops and yeast. Each kit does require additional fermentable items to produce 6 gallons of really great beer. Recommended fermentable items: Coopers Brewing Sugar and Carbonation Drops.
The Stout Homebrew Kit produces beer that is: Dark brown colour with a persistent head resembling espresso creamer, a blend of coffee, chocolate and grain aromas, exceptional mouth feel and dark malt characteristics, the combination of malt tannins and hop bitterness results in a dry finish. Can be consumed young or cellared for a number of years with excellent results.
