DeGrezia 2006 Cabernet Sauvignon & 2008 Sauvignon Blanc

This classic California Cabernet Sauvignon, is the inaugural release of the DeGrezia Family wine label. Winemaker Joc Jacobs tasting notes: Deep garnet in color, this full-bodied Cabernet has aromas of cinnamon and red licorice combined with flavors of bing cherries and a long creamy finish. This selected reserve wine is from the Sylvester Estate Vineyards, carefully crafted to be easily approachable, featuring a bouquet that highlights the fruit, tempered with aromas of oak. The mouth feel conveys a well rounded richness, a characteristic of fine wines made in the New World style. But it's the lingering finish that gives a true sense of the Paso Robles appellation.
