Napacabs in a Nutshell (AKA: About Us): We love wine. We love selling wine to people who love wine the way we do. Honestly, that's about as complicated as we get. Squeeze in a little profit and we're happy campers. We try to keep you happy by having the best possible pricing on the wines your looking for. We do this by NOT running foolhardy specials such as “free shipping” or “mixed-case discounts”, which we admit sound really, really nice (but the reality is your paying more per bottle to cover the cost of the "whatever discount" they made up just to try and get your attention in the first place).
We like to keep things simple. Our small staff (and yes, size does matter, but we‘ll come back to that in a second) is focused on one thing, getting your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. We’ve been doing this for a while, and the truth is that you don’t need a hundred warehouses or a thousand employees to ship wine. You just have to know what your doing and work to make it happen. We are workers, and our operation is equipped to do exactly what it needs to. You know what kind of wine you like, and we know what it takes to get it to you. Like we said, simple.
