This wine is deep purple and bold. Acidic and lots of tannins. Definitely a food wine.

Appealing Rasteau
Really pretty aromatics - fig, sour cherry, tar, and mocha. The mouthfeel is round and juicy, with a bright beam of acidity that makes me crave a triple cream cheese.
