Jun 02, 2010- Tasting Notes - This Domaine Du Tariquet is made from the ugni blanc and colombard grapes. Superbly intense for a dry fruity white, its bouquet reveals floral and citrus aromas with nice touches of tropical fruit. Despite the tropical theme it was crisp and focused, yet quite flavorful at the same time. Light and well-balanced, this wine is a thirst-quenching pleasure. The wine is full of fruit and refreshing on its own or with food; it is easy to see why Robert Parker called Yves ‘one of the most talented winemakers’ of southern France.
