30 % Duras, 45 % Braucol, 25 % Syrah. WE 90 Pts - The different grapes ferment separately at 28 - 30°C. Maceration lasts from 3 to 5 weeks, with micro-oxygenation of the wine under the cap. Ageing lasted 18 months in tank with micro-oxygenation. Bottled on February 1st and 2nd 2011. 30 % Duras, 45 % Braucol, 25 % Syrah. The colour is dark purple. In its youth, this wine presents aromas of black fruit, mingling with notes of liquorice and pepper. On the palate, it is a fruity, fleshy wine, with firm but gentle tannins.
