Now, in keeping with the Italian spirit in the kitchen inspired by Francis’ Neapolitan heritage, we have developed an array of infused grapeseed oils and vinaigrettes. 100% grapeseed oil infused with garlic. Studies show grapeseed oil is high in vitamin E content and antioxidants, as well as cholesterol free and trans-fatty acid free. A well-loved ingredient among chefs, grapeseed oil is favored for its slightly nutty, yet neutral flavor as well as its high-smoke point that makes it ideal for frying and sauteing. Grapeseed oil is an ecologically stable product, made from the seeds of grapes after wine is pressed…using existing farmland and no additional water resources.

garlic grapeseed oil
I came across this oil by chance and have loved it!!!
the only problem is i do not know where to find it now, it is an asset to any dish, and adds amazing flavor to even simple dishes like fried rice.
I recently fried tofu in it and it was off the charts amazing, no need to add any other sauce.I will use this from now on and count it as an oil of choice on my pantry shelf.
