Winemakers Notes - Our 2009 Cabernet Sauvignon is deep crimson in color, with aromas of anise, cassis, blueberries and freshly ground coffee. It has flavors of plum, black cherry, cocoa, vanilla and black pepper, with polished tannins. 100% Cabernet Sauvignon.
