The Napacabs Uncorked Rewards loyalty and referral program is our way of saying thank you for shopping at Napacabs and telling your friends.  Earning Points and claiming rewards is easy. Here's how it works: Membership is automatic and free, whenever you make an online purchase, you earn Uncorked Reward points on purchases of  wine, spirits, beer and accessories.  It’s that simple.

  • * You will earn points for virtually every dollar spent on qualifying purchases at Napacabs.com and Points will automatically be credited to your Napacabs account.

  • * You can also receive points on any purchases made by a referred friend new to Napacabs. Your friend also receives points as well!

  • * Uncorked Reward Points are generated off the final order total less any shipping fees, coupons or gift certificates applied, and other Uncorked Reward Points. This program does not increase our prices, we've slashed our advertising in order to fund these new discounts to our returning loyal customers; consequently, points and rewards cannot be applied retroactively.


Where can I see my Uncorked Reward Points?

 

Your Uncorked Reward Points status can be viewed by visiting your “Account” page. Simply scroll to the bottom of the page and view the Napacabs Uncorked Reward Points section. This is a live-updating section that will feature the latest information about your personal Uncorked Reward Points account.

 

 

How are Reward Points calculated?

 

Uncorked Reward Points are credited based on purchases or referral purchases on qualifying products calculated at one percent of total purchases less shipping and taxes. Occasionally, within a selected period, we offer additional Reward Points such as Double Rewards, etc. these promotions are published in our weekly email. 


How do I refer a friend to Napacabs?


After completing a purchase at Napacabs you will be eligible to refer your friends to Napacabs, simply copy your referral URL from your Account page, find links that look as follows:

Use either one to e-mail or post to your blog, forum, facebook or any other social network. Also, after you log in, every product page will display (at the bottom of page) your product referral URL linking directly to that item, look for the image and links as shown below.

 

 

 

 

 

Earn points when new customers click on this link and enter our store, your referral information will be attached to their order and nothing further is needed. Once their order has been processed and shipped, the Uncorked Reward Points will then be applied to your account.


 

 

What information is available on the Account page

 

Your account page will include your total Point earnings and credits and the total Uncorked Reward Points you have available toward a purchase. Uncorked Reward Points are not credited on items like shipping, coupons, or other Uncorked Reward Points. Uncorked Reward Points for returned and exchanged merchandise is updated manually and not fully represented through the information listed under the Napacabs Uncorked Reward Points header of the Account page.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

How do I use my Uncorked Reward Points?

 

You may use your Uncorked Reward Points during checkout by clicking on the “Apply” button of the Napacabs Uncorked Reward Points section during checkout. When you apply your Uncorked Reward Points, all accumulated points up to the purchase price of the products in your cart will be utilized or you can save and accumulate for a future purchase. Point balances and rewards cannot be refunded, transferred, combined or redeemed for cash. Rewards are issued online to Members when orders have been shipped. Rewards expire the last day of the calendar year 1 year following the year in which they are issued and cannot be redeemed after the expiration date. Expired, lost or misdirected Rewards will not be reissued. Rewards not received by the Member due to incorrect email addresses will not be reissued. If the $5 minimum for the year has not been met, Rewards balances of less than $5 expire at the end of each calendar quarter. There is no maximum on the amount of Rewards a Member can receive.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Please note: a referral will only qualify with a new user during the first purchase. After this initial purchase, that user is no longer able to be referred. Points can only be redeemed by qualifing purchases at Napacabs.com.

 

 

Wine Clubs, because they are already discounted, are not eligible to receive Rewards Points.
