A cask is made of their hand in French limestone and kept at the winery as the Hands of Time; Exhibit in their honor. The wine, a Bordeaux blend, is a tribute to the dedication of crafting elegantly balanced fine wines that has been passed down from teacher to student though the Hands of Time. Tasting Notes - This Napa Valley red blend has pleasing aromas of spiced fruit, clove and vanilla. The palate offers a sweet fruit entry of cherry and raspberry, which wrap around the structured tannins and lead to a lingering spice-filled finish. 93% Cabernet Sauvignon and 7% Merlot.
