Pre-Arrival - Winemaker Notes - This is Orin Swift Cellars 2nd release of the Papillon, and is comprised primarily of Cabernet with Merlot, Petit Verdot, Cabernet Franc, and Malbec rounding out the blend. Aromas of with notes of campfire, toast and sweet vanilla dominate. On the palette - wild strawberry, rhubarb, and sassafras. The finish - 30 plus seconds with an impression of cherry pie. The label is a photo taken by world renowned photographer and wine lover, Greg Gorman.

Wine Sack
A respectable bordeaux blend. Very smooth. Some chewiness to the oaky flavors of chocolate/mocha as well as currant/blackberry.
