Tasting Notes - The deep ruby red wine is enticing from the moment the glass touches your lips. Aromas of blackberry, plum and floral notes are enhanced with a backbone of forest floor and hints of cinnamon, clove and pine needles. This wine is showing nicely now, however, it will continue to age for many years. Young flavors of pie cherries, huckleberry, rhubarb and cola are just the beginning of the complexity found on the mid-palate. A structural blend of sandalwood, graham cracker and spice create an elegant and velvety finish.
