Winemaker Notes - The 2007 growing season allowed for fully ripe flavorful fruit. Our cabernet has luscious black cherry and blackberry aromas with a bit of mocha, red licorice and spice. On the palate, the wine is a big round mouthful of flavor, power and elegance. Classic Paradigm flavor profile, black cherry, berry, a sweet touch of toasty french oak, silky texture, seamless with a well tiered finish. Flavors are explosive in the mouth yet the wine has such a lovely structure and great balance. One to enjoy now but will age quite nicely for twenty years. A beautiful bottle of wine
