Tasting Notes - Richard Perry Cabernet Sauvignon Spicy aromas with layers of complexity: blackberry, cedar, tobacco, plum and cassis with wispy violet notes, dried herbs, pepper and cumin. Blackberry, plum and cassis fruit on the palate framed by firm tannins, dark chocolate, cola and coffee linger in the finish. The wine is approachable, round and concentrated upon release but will continue to flesh out in the bottle.
