WS 91pts. - According to the Wine Spectator: Ripe pear, apple and honeydew melon flavors are shaded by spicy, toasty oak. A rich, creamy style. Full-bodied, with a touch of sweetness. Drink now through 2011. 40,000 cases made. Always one of NapaCabs biggest sellers, this domestic Chardonnay is textbook: rich and full-bodied, with classic apple and pear aromas and just a hint of oak. 2007 was a long, dry and mild growing season.

Our favorite Chardonay

We visited this winery off the silverado trail during 2008 crush and fell in love with this wine and the winery itself.  In all honesty we are not big white drinkers and especially not chardonnay until we tried this gem.  Huge notes of herbs and a quick finish uncharacteristically found in a chardonnay.  This price is very reasonable as it was first sold at around $55 retail....if you cold find it.
