Winemaker Notes - The 2008 vintage of Roth Cabernet Sauvignon has soft and supple tannin, with plenty of intense, rich black berry, cherries and currant, fruit forward, yet complemented with sweet oak, nutmeg, and vanilla for a long, lush finish. Aged 18 months in French and American oak barrels, it is drinking bright and beautiful now. It will gain greater complexity with two to six years in the cellar.
