Winemaker Notes - Our 2007 Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc has perfectly integrated aromas of ripe gooseberry, fresh lemon zest and citrus blossom interlaced with fragrant passion fruit. Ablundant flavors of bright grapefruit, ripe Meyer lemon, sweet blood orange leading to soft, pleasant mineral notes. A terrific wine to enjoy by itself! Fermentation in 100% temperature controlled stainless steel tanks to maintain cool temperatures which showcase our fresh fruit aromas and crisp bright flavors. Tasting Notes - This stylish Sauvignon Blanc is the perfect companion to Dungeness crab cakes or a farm fresh platter of local fruit and Artisanal cheeses. Perfectly suited for all shellfish dishes, oysters, grilled seafood and a variety of salad combinations.
