Tasting Notes - This wine has wonderful tropical, grapefruit and green apple aromas and flavors with hints of orange blossom, citrus rind and lemongrass that lead to a long, tangy finish. This wine screams Sauvignon Blanc and is very different from the full-bodied, oak-driven Chardonnays I usual make. In fact, this is my wife's favorite wine, but I'll make sure some bottles make their way across the country!
