Mar 03, 2010- Tasting Notes - This wine has a berry fruity aroma with vanilla and oak nuances. It is really straight forward and easy to drink. Nice and fruity, slightly tannic on entry but ends with a nice chewy, not drying finish. If you consider this Old Bull is young for its age, you’ll be impressed by its drinkability.

OLD Bull gone bad
I love Old Bull or at least I did before this vintage. I think if you let this sit for 5 years it could be a wonderful wine. Right now its too young and not well blended. The wine lacks a good blend. Yes, you do taste the different elements but not as part of a well blended montage. These flavors have not merged and the wine leaves a lot to be desired. For it heritage I expect more, and yet they do not.
Also, if you care about an expensive bottle of wine having screw top, then stay away from this one. The wine master has switched to a screwtop. Yes, it probably is better for the wine, but do you really want to give an expensive bottle of wine as a gift with a screw top?
