IWC 92 WE 92 W&S 90 - "This wine is both elegant and intense, offering layered aromas of red raspberries, fresh Oregon strawberries, brown spice and cedar. Its aromas are reflected on a palate that speaks of purity and elegance, and is exceptionally balanced with silky tannins and a persistent finish."

IWC 92 WE 92 W&S 90 Pts - According to International Wine Cellar - "Vivid ruby-red. Sexy mineral- and spice-accented cherry and black raspberry scents show very good clarity and a suave floral nuance. Pliant red and dark berry flavors expand in the glass, picking up hints of cola, woodsmoke and vanilla bean. Closes with repeating spiciness, supple tannins and excellent clarity, leaving a juicy blackberry note behind."

According to Wine Enthusiast - "Soft and seductive, this wine is seriously sexy with its palate-coating flavor-fest that runs from bright, crisp raspberry into ripe Bing cherry. Lemony acids underscore the lush fruit, and 10 months aging in one-third new barrels brings finishing highlights of caramel and toasted coconut."

According to Wine & Spirits - "Leading with appealing notes of vanillin and cherry, this is dark and generous, with plenty of oak and sweet cherry fruit. With air the oak recedes nicely, the tannins taking on a tangy, fruit skin–like feel, upheld by a fine acidity. "

According to Wine Spectator - "Mint and green olive notes weave through the blackberry and gentle spice flavors, picking up intensity as the medium-weight finish plays against refined tannins. Best from 2016 through 2020."

According to Wine Advocate - "...Matured in 31% new oak, this has a very perfumed bouquet with small dark cherries, hints of cassis and blueberry developing. The palate is medium-bodied with succulent ripe tannin, well-judged acidity and a powdery-textured finish that is fresh and quite mineral-driven. This is a fine Pinot Noir, though I find as much to appreciate in the regular Pinot Noir." 13.5% ABV.
