A lush Pomerol. Lots of meaty black cherry fruit notes intertwined with herbs, caramel and mocha. Great density, medium to full body, excellent purity and a creamy texture. This 2011 can be enjoyed now and over the next decade.


WE 91 Pts - According to Wine Spectator - Rather toasted, with a hefty coating of ganache and espresso notes over the dark plum and raspberry fruit, resulting in a slightly hefty, chewy finish. Delivers more oomph than purity. Best from 2015 through 2018.


According to Robert Parker - A straightforward, clipped, narrowly constructed wine, the 2011 Beauregard reveals hints of mocha, loamy soil, herbs, black cherries and currants. It will require consumption in its first 8-9 years of life.
