According to Wine Advocate - In bottle for a month when I tasted it in June, Brocard’s 2012 Chablis Domaine Sainte Claire delivers a Kimmeridgian-typical nose of fusil and crushed stone notes, but on the palate it features merely juicy and refreshingly tart apple and gooseberry, finishing with stimulating tartness of apple peel and berry seed crunchiness. I’d plan to enjoy this by 2015.
Winemakers Notes - Beautiful reflections of green gold. Serious and delicious wine, with aromas of lemon and menthol freshness. Finesse coupled with good energy. The finish is fruity and a salivating mouth. 12.5% ABV.
