WS 92 WA 90 - A long finish preceded by a palate of citrus, popcorn, creamy vanilla and light oak. Delicious with a fruit and cheese tray on a weekend afternoon.

WS 92 WA 90 Pts -According to Wine Advocate - A bold, rich, expressive style that delivers intense pear, fig, honeysuckle and creamy, jazzy oak in a full-bodied, graceful style that sails along, revealing subtle nuances on the finish. Drink now.

According to Robert Parker - Normally this wine does not go through malolactic fermentation. The 2012 Chardonnay Robert Young Vineyard exhibits a light gold color, notes of caramelized unbuttered popcorn, orange blossom and other citrus, medium body, excellent concentration, admirable purity and a long finish. Drink it over the next 4-6 years.

Tasting Notes - Aged 14 months in 40% New French oak, this wine is like an exotic vacation in a glass. Fragrant nose of tropical guava, nectarine, lemon peel and vanilla orchid. Elegant toasted notes of meringue, hazelnut, and macadamia. Lengthy and lingering finish. 14.3% ABV.
