Napacabs does not collect, regulate nor have knowledge of any applicable taxes or tariffs that may be added by your destination country. The Federal Express International shipping charge paid upon placing your order is only for shipping, handling, packaging and insurance and does not include any foreign excise duty or tax. You will be responsible for any such fees paid COD upon delivery in your Country. We recommend that you consult with your local Government authority regarding any license, quantity limits and permits required; and any applicable taxes, fees or tariffs due and payable by you upon delivery.

Shipments of Wine: The purchaser of all alcoholic beverages is representing that he/she is acting in compliance with his/her local and state laws regarding the purchase, transportation and delivery of wine. The purchaser represents that he/she has obtained any required permission, paid any required fees, is working through properly licensed intermediaries where required, is legally entitled to take possession of wine and is legally entitled to take quantities ordered. All wines are sold in CA, and title passes to the buyer in CA. We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wines into any state outside of CA. The buyer is solely responsible for the shipment of wines.

The map above is a general representation of transit times for FedEx Ground shipments to commercial destinations. In limited areas, transit times may differ between shipments to commercial and residential destinations.


FedEx Ground business days are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). FedEx Home Delivery business days are Tuesday through Saturday (excluding holidays).


Example: A package shipped via FedEx Ground on Monday with a transit schedule of 2 business days, (not including the day the package is shipped) would be expected for delivery on Wednesday. A package shipped on Friday with a 2-day transit schedule would be expected for delivery the following Tuesday.

Golden State Overnight (GSO)

GSO is another shipping service we utilize that offers overnight shipping services to every address in California.


All packages must be signed for upon delivery which is guaranteed by the end of the business day.

Please note that although this shipping service is overnight, we still require a 1-3 business day window to process all orders.

Also please note that wine shipped using GSO may not include any additional packaging other than what is included from the manufacture.


If you are unable to receive your package during the first delivery attempt, GSO will leave a door tag so that you may contact them directly and arrange for the next delivery attempt to be at a time you are more likely to be available. You cannot request a specific delivery time for the first delivery attempt.


GSO will make a total of 3 Delivery attempts in 3 consecutive business days should they be unable to reach you. After the 3 attempts the package will be returned to our facility where we will attempt to contact you for re-shipment or product refund.




*All Free Shipping Case Items, that are being shipped within the state of California, will be shipped using GSO (Golden State Overnight)







The shipping price is viewable prior to the checkout process by simply using the shipping calculator located in the in the Basket and in the right column of product pages.

  • We require a 1-3 business day window, not including holidays or weekends, to process all orders. Because of the potential heat exposure, during warm weather conditions, we will hold purchased wines at no additional cost until temperature condition are more suitable for shipping. Therefore, selecting a shipping option of Next day, 2nd Day or 3-Day Select only represents the minumum business days that the package will be in transit. During warm weather, we will hold orders until conditions improve.
  • For first time customers, we may need to verify the information you provide to insure order authenticity. If this is the case we will attempt to contact you as soon as possible. Please Note: We will NOT ship out any order until we are able to verify it is authentic.


  • Riedel stemware are shipped separately from wine, within 5-7 days.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot ship alcohol to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  • Primary shipping will be by UPS


    All orders for spirits will be shipped with using UPS. If FedEx is selected, we will switched to the equivalent UPS method at no additional cost.


  • We will ship to you at work, highly recommended due to the adult signiture required.

  • Recipient MUST by law sign for delivery. A valid picture ID must be provided. When your wine is delivered to you, you will be required to show identification proving that you are at least 21 years old. All orders legally require: Drivers License, Military, Passport, or State ID.  

  • If recipient is found to be under the age of 21, all packages will be returned to us. No refund will be allowed.

  • If UPS can not make a delivery because no one is home, your package will be held up to 3 days at the UPS warehouse. You can pick it up there under the same conditions listed above.
  • If the package is unable to be received and should return back to our warehouse, we can either re-ship the package when it returns (for a re-ship fee) or refund for the returned product. The original shipping charge will Not be refunded.
  • If a customer should request a package be redirected/rerouted to an alternate address, the customer agrees pay the appropriate service fees for either UPS or FedEx for the requested service.  


All items purchased from are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.



Although we are usually able to ship your order within a business day, occasionally demand for limited supplies will deplete our stock of a particular wine.  If this is the case, the item will be placed on backorder and we will notify you via e-mail. If you would like to receive the item when it becomes available, your credit card will be charged for the item only when it is shipped.
