Strong, flavorful, and drinkable. Probably decant for an hour.
Disclaimer: I'm not a wine expert (lol). I enjoy White Oak wines and the cabernet seems consistent with the Alexander Valley (floral nose, but a lot of fruit on the palate). 2011 is not seen as a great year for N. California wines due to the weather, but overall this White Oak Cab is enjoyable. Generally speaking, White Oak wines hold up really well against strong flavored foods; for this wine, a flavorful steak or BBQ.
