WA 93 Pts - According to the Wine Spectator - The 2012 Te Koko is redolent of honeyed peaches, pink grapefruit and passion fruit with an undercurrent of cedar and baking bread. Medium-bodied with a lovely silken texture and tons of tropical and toast flavor layers, it finishes long.
Winemaker Notes - Ripe and tropical with notes of dried apricot and lemon curd, our Te Koko 2012 is refreshing, while texturally rich. The stone fruit notes intensify on the palate, supplemented by hits of smokey oak leading to a focused, persistent finish. 13.5% ABV.
