Bright garnet in color, indicative of the brilliance ahead and classic Russian River Pinot Noir. On the palate, crisp Tulare cherry and red plum up front followed by touches of redcurrant and a touch of spice. A seductive silkiness of texture yields to a smooth and lingering finish that is youthful and bright. Perfectly paired with a cedar planked wild Pacific Salmon and caper buerre blanc served over a delicate quinoa pilaf.
