The wine ferments in stainless steel, malolactic is in French and American oak barrels where the wine aged for eight months. The nose has notes of red fruit yogurt intermixed with some earthy aromas and a light vegetal touch. The medium to full-bodied palate has some dusty tannins balanced by juicy black fruit with some herbaceous freshness. Drink now-2017."
