Fermented in 50% stainless steel and 50% French oak, this aromatic white sure comes through with a balancing act. A nosing of buttered pecan and ripe pineapple lead to a hint of stoniness on the palate. Clean notes of lime, guava, green apple, and toasty oak keep it interesting.

Rich, elegant and a bit refined. Flat Top Hills California Chardonnay is medium-bodied chardonnay is a bright, fruit-forward wine with tropical fruit, lime and pear essence; complete with balanced acidity. A well-structured qua with flavors of green apple, a touch of vanilla and toasted oak on the finish.
