Forty percent Grenache, 35% Syrah, and the rest Mourvèdre, the 2019 GSM Santa Barbara County reminds me of a top Côtes du Rhône with its peppery black fruits, bouquet garni, and gamey, floral aromas and flavors. It's beautiful textured, balanced, and just a gorgeous wine.

Wine Tasting Notes
The warm climate Grenache from Santa Ynez offers generous fruit flavors and round texture, while the cooler climate Los Alamos Syrah and Mourvedre grounds the wine, bringing spice and floral driven notes, fresh acidity and fine tannin. A well balance vintage, it's a great food pairing wine, as well as a stand alone bottle to share with friends. Drink now-2026.
