I love the intense herb-liqueur and balsamic-vinegar character on the nose, also because its married to delicious richness. Still very lively for a five-year-old red and the balance of ripeness and rather supple tannins is impressive. Long finish. From organically grown grapes. Drink or hold.

Wine Tasting Notes
Color: ruby red, with intense, deep violet reflections.
Odor: characteristic of red fruit, flowery.
Flavor: fruity, harmonious, lingering finish.

Food Pairing: the most marine and insinuating Nero d'Avola. Its aromatic particularity makes it a perfect wine for fish sauces and dense fish soups; truly stimulating accompanied by elaborate Mediterranean risotto and pasta dishes in which one encounters tomatoes, herbs, capers, olive oil and eventually vegetables and blue fish. If you wish to have it with meat, we suggest trying it with the most perfumed and silky in particular, lamb and kid goat.
