When do you ship orders?

We require a 1-3 business day window, not including holidays or weekends, to process all orders. Because of the potential heat exposure, during warm weather conditions, we will hold purchased wines at no additional cost until temperature condition are more suitable for shipping. Therefore, selecting a shipping option of Next day, 2nd Day or 3-Day Select only represents the minimum business days that the package will be in transit. During warm weather, we will hold orders until conditions improve. Although we are usually able to ship your order within a business day, occasionally demand for limited supplies will deplete our stock of a particular wine. If this is the case, the item will be placed on back-order and we will notify you via e-mail. If you would like to receive the item when it becomes available, your credit card will be charged for the item only when it is shipped.
