Lava Cap's estate grown Cabernet Sauvignon grapes have long been recognized for producing a wine with lovely structure and vibrant fruit character. The fragrant must of fruit was cold-soaked for three days to enhance color and flavor.The youthful exuberance of this Cabernet Sauvignon begins with a nose of cherry, cloves and toasted oak. Full bodied and well structured, with soft tannins concentrated on the mid palate, this wine finishes with rich, red fruit kissed with a little French Vanilla.
