WS 90 WA (88-91) Pts - According to Wine Spectator - Complex yet subtle, with ripe flavors of blueberry, blackberry, mocha and light cedary oak, gaining depth on the persistent finish. The best of the Loring appellation series. Drink now through 2021.
According to Wine Advocate - Moving further south and from a mix of vineyards in the Santa Rita Hills, Brian’s 2012 Pinot Noir Santa Rita Hills looks to be superior to the 2011 and offers up a pretty, sweetly fruited profile with a rich, layered and easy-drinking feel. All about pure fruit at the moment, it will be interesting to see how this evolves once in bottle, but it should be an outstanding Pinot. Drink 2014-2019. 14.8% ABV.
