Wine Tasting Notes
Golden yellow, sweet aromatic wine with fine, elegant perlage. Intense and persistent nose with strong hints of citrus, honey, lime and then again peach, sage, and orange blossom. Flavor is fresh, sweet, aromatic, persistent and elegant like the grapes it comes from. A welcome drink to relax with any time as well as an interesting aperitif paired with vegetables fried in batter. Ideal with desserts and baked goods, hazelnut specialties, traditional Christmas cakes and panettone, fruit salad, macaroons, custard, and zabaglione.
