Wine Tasting Notes
Soft hues of peach, coral and Coho salmon, the Matchbook Rosé is an estate-bottled blend of three clones of Tempranillo enriched by small percentages of Rosés of Malbec, Syrah and Tannat - all grown on our Matchbook Vineyard. Beautiful aromas of peaches and cream with a hint of strawberry, melon and freshly sliced cantaloupe. Crisp and refreshing on the palate with flavors of peach and cola. The finish is mouth-wateringly long with a hint of tangerine. Serve this Rosé well chilled as an aperitif, with a cheese plate or paired with ahi tuna.
If this is your first time buying, youre in for something special. This is such a gorgeous rosé, it doesn't even have to be summer for me to enjoy it. Obviously, highly recommended.
This is a really fantastic bottle of rose. Its so well balanced and is especially enjoyable with cheese.
This wine is a steal for the price. I've never seen a 99 rated wine for so cheap. Its a perfect summer wine with notes of fruit with a refreshing and clean finish. I'll be bringing a bottle of this to every summer BBQ
