The 2018 Chenin Blanc Old Vine saw half the wine fermented and matured in 300- and 500-liter French oak barrels and half in stainless steel for 11 months. It has a clean, crisp bouquet displaying quite a prominent stoniness that lends a sense of reserve. The palate is well balanced with good weight and intensity on the entry, and lightly honeyed with a touch of spice toward the sappy finish. Drink 2022-2032.(Neal Martin)
