Flavors of ripe cherry and peppery spice compliment the well-structured and complex palate. The long, smooth finish makes this wine the perfect pairing for roast pork tenderloin or hearty pasta dishes. While delicious now, this wine has the potential to be cellared for an additional 5 to 10 years. 95% Cabernet Sauvignon, 3% Petit Verdot and 2% Petite Sirah. 14.5% ABV.
