Argentinian Red

Argentinian Red

With the first vineyards being planted in the early 1500s, Argentina has a long history of winemaking and drinking. In fact, at the end of the 19th century they were drinking 90 litres a person each year and are currently the largest producer of wine in South America. Argentina is best known for their Malbec wine and Mendoza wine region, though the country produces many other grapes of high quality as well.
