According to Wine Enthusiast - So peppery and spicy, with such a briary mouthfeel, this wine could almost be Zinfandel. Even though it’s not particularly Cabernet-ish, it’s still quite a nice wine, rich, complex in tannin and dry. Drink over the next few years.
Summer's Knights Valley Cabernet has wonderful structure and intensity. Lots of dark fruit/cocoa powder aromatics with hints of allspice and clove make this a good choice for the dinner table.
Knights Valley lies at the base of Mount St. Helena, situated between the Napa and Alexander Valleys. Beautiful weather and rolling hills of alluvial and volcanic soils make this a distinctive site to grow quality grapes. This wine displays balance, massive structure, length, and elegance with fruit aromas of black cherry and blackberry, and spicy notes of clover.
