Aged in a combination of stainless steel and wood, the 2021 Sauvignon Blanc Mary's Single Vineyard shows hints of pencil shavings on the nose, but the emphasis is on the fruit - lemon and lime, with hints of pea tendrils and riper notes of fig and melon. It's medium-bodied, zesty and fresh, with a lingering, grapefruity finish. Drink 2022-2025.
