The 2014 Proprietary Red Mockingbird Blue is a blend of 80% Cabernet Sauvignon and 20% Merlot with beautiful, deep blueberry and blackcurrant fruit, licorice, creosote and subtle background oak. The wine has delicious up-front fruit, full body, low acidity and silky tannin. Drink it over the next 15 or more years. Drink 2016-2031.

Wine Tasting Notes
Aromas of plums, dried herbs, black cherry and spice highlight this powerful and full bodied wine. In addition to powerful fruit the bouquet has both cocoa and spice elements. The fruit was grown primarily at the estate vineyard in St Helena with the balance coming from a vineyard in the western hills of Calistoga.
