Dense aromas of elderberry and tar meet with wet wood and fresh mushrooms on the dynamic nose of this bottling. The lavish tannins are silky while structural on the palate, framing tarry flavors of baked fruit and smoked kelp.
Wine Tasting Notes
Petite Sirah is a classic variety grown in California for more than a century, and is well suited to the limiting soils found in our estate vineyards in Paso Robles. Vina Robles Paso Robles Petite Sirah displays complexity, structure, richness and balance.

I agree with WE Reveiw except for the red meat references (which I enjoyed)
As I poured the “red ink” into my glass the spidy senses went off and then the bouquet took me to a good place -gentle fruit w/spice that brought a thick and creamy feeling before a taste now anticipating the 1st sip - everything I was anticipating came to fruition when this hit my palate
I enjoyed every sip
