The Chateau St. Jean Knights Valley County Cabernet Sauvignon opens with vivid aromas of boysenberry and blackberry jam. The appealing fruit aromas are enhanced with brown spice notes of clove and nutmeg. The nose leads to a plush, well-structured wine with a bright fruit core and warm vanilla spice. The rich and flavorful palate has smooth tannins and a lingering finish.

Cabernet Sauvignon (82%), Cabernet Franc (9%), Merlot (6%), Petit Verdot (2%) and just a touch of Malbec (1%)
