This wine is bold and powerful, but also detailed and delicious. Aromas of blueberry jam, cassis and black plum are dark and hearty but not overly ripe. Layers of blue fruit, roasted meat and savory herb dance across the palate into a cardamom-cream finish, as firm tannins hold it all together.

Wine Tasting Notes
Falcone Paso Robles Syrah shows bright aromas along with great structure. Our vines were farmed meticulously, maintaining the proper number of clusters for each individual shoot. This technique produces a very intense wine that captures the flavors of our site. Aromas of boysenberry and spice and a smokey accent dominate the wine, the flavor of blackberry and refined tannins round out the flavors and finish.
